Jenny Delivers
WHO IS JENNY?
"Jenny" has 16+ years of experience working in various areas of the business of weed. She has a story to tell, but that's for another day.

HOW IS THIS LEGAL?
Due to the currently ambiguous state (and now federal) laws, Jenny operates in what is considered a legal "grey area". The State of MN has decriminalized the sale of weed under 2oz, but is still subject to possible fine(s). However, "gifting" flower is allowed, which is what we do. Our fee is akin to a product broker, charging only a finder's & delivery fee for the exchange, or "gifted" product. To read more about the current statutes, click here.
IS YOUR FLOWER GROWN IN MN?
Some feel MN has a long way to go, picking unpopular strains, have too little connection to the flower community, and seem to not smoke personally. There's a lot of knowledge, experience, and love necessary for the craft of cultivating and it shows in the final product. At this time, we only have one grower in MN that we consistently like.

QUICK DISCLAIMER:
The lawyers want me to tell you that neither I, "Jenny", nor any affiliates of "Jenny Delivers", ever cross state lines with product or cash. However, we do work with farmers, breeders, and expert indoor growers across the country. We also work with national weed brokers who hand-select their large orders that we cherry-pick from.

WHERE IS THE BEST FLOWER GROWN?
Currently, no one contends with CA & OR, Indoor. They have entire communities of expert growers, creating a full spectrum of strain varieties from the "best of the last 20 years" to the most innovative and unique NEW strains, cultivated with precision.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 100% ORGANIC?
Depending on the climate and elevation, growers that need pest control use organic products and methods. All "booster" products are 100% organic, fair trade, and obtained locally, when possible.

WHAT IS THCA?
In layman's terms, it's unheated weed. In professional terms, tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid found naturally in raw, unheated cannabis plants. It is the chemical precursor to Delta-9 THC, the primary psychoactive compound that produces a "high". The main distinction between THCA and THC is a slight difference in chemical structure: THCA has an extra carboxyl group attached to its molecule. This prevents it from binding effectively to the CB1 receptors in the brain that are responsible for the psychoactive effects. The conversion of non-psychoactive THCA to psychoactive THC occurs through a process called decarboxylation, which is triggered by heat or prolonged exposure to light and air. We keep hearing about THCA because of the farm bill, which is a now-closed loophole at the federal level.

WHAT IS DELTA 7,8, & 9?
Delta 7 is a naturally occurring (though usually in trace amounts) or synthetically produced isomer of tetrahydrocannabinol, derived from the cannabis plant (often converted from CBD). It is a phytocannabinoid, and its effects are generally considered to be similar to, but often milder than, delta-9 THC (the primary psychoactive compound in traditional marijuana). Be careful of SPICE, which is a street name for a mixture of dried plant materials that have been sprayed with various man-made synthetic cannabinoids. These are research chemicals that are structurally different from natural THC and are often much more potent and unpredictable, leading to dangerous health effects. The chemical composition of Spice products is constantly changing to evade regulation and detection.
Delta 8 is a psychoactive compound in cannabis that offers milder intoxicating effects than regular delta-9 THC, often described as less potent but similar, and is usually made from hemp-derived CBD in a lab (through a process using acids and solvents), not naturally occurring in large amounts, leading to safety concerns due to lack of FDA regulation and testing. People use it for potential relief from stress or pain, but it's available in various forms (gummies, vapes) and its legality is complex, often existing in a gray area.
Delta 9 is the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis, responsible for the "high," and found naturally in marijuana, causing effects like euphoria, relaxation, altered perception, and potential pain relief, but also cognitive impairment, with its legality often depending on concentration.
